While not personally utilizing the services of Freedom Choice, I feel that the leadership of this company is bringing a value added service to a clientele that can be challenged by conventional delivery of care models. By providing mental health services within the home, Freedom Choice is allowing for mental health and counseling services to be delivered in a way that allows for optimal outcomes. Eliminating obstacles and limitations that are associated with current care models, this in home approach decreases some of the challenges that this clientele face. I first of all, want to thank the dear Lord for your organization. You can’t imagine how important it has been to me to have in-home care. I am basically home-bound and am unable to get around very well, especially when I am in a crisis. I thank you so very much for this service. It has been a godsend! As far as Tara is concerned, she is really quite wonderful. I love how she listens to me and I can see the concentration and thoughtful way she thinks before she says anything. I just wanted to give a special "thank you" to Darlene and her visit with my son this past Friday. My son, has never enjoyed talk therapy and was very anxious before the appointment. Right away upon meeting Darlene, I knew it would be a good match for him. My son, felt so comfortable during the session and even laughed.
