While I haven’t had the need to utilize Freedom Choice services, I do know the company leadership and have first hand knowledge of the integrity they bring to the business. Moreover, the in-home mental health and family counseling market they are serving fills a gap that is desperately needed. While their in-home services offer a comfortable setting for needed care, Freedom Choice also offers the convenience of telehealth (connecting to care via a digital device), as well as a traditional office setting. - JD- Littleton, CO
With the mental health crisis we are facing today, I am so thankful for FreedomChoice and what they offer. They are doing it right by not only offering traditional office visits, but also in-home and remote services via a computer or smart device, too. This makes them not only very accessible but also a safe environment to begin treatments. Counseling has been an integral part of my personal healing, and I'm thankful for FreedomChoice for making this service readily available to more people facing mental health issues, or needing family counseling services. - NF- Highlands Ranch, CO
I have been working with Chan (founder of FreedomChoice) for almost 20 years. I cannot think of a more appropriate business for him to pursue! His compassion, caring and sense of service to others are unparalleled. He will revolutionize the way people feel about health care in this industry. Bringing mental health care and family counseling into the safest place for a person to be vulnerable and get help, in their home. - AH- Highlands Ranch, CO
While not personally utilizing the services of Freedom Choice, I feel that the leadership of this company is bringing a value added service to a clientele that can be challenged by conventional delivery of care models. By providing mental health services within the home, Freedom Choice is allowing for mental health and counseling services to be delivered in a way that allows for optimal outcomes. Eliminating obstacles and limitations that are associated with current care models, this in home approach decreases some of the challenges that this clientele face. This progressive delivery model that includes in home, telehealth and office services, is filling a void in care, while advocating for broad reaching care in the mental health industry. - KA- Littleton, CO
I first of all, want to thank the dear Lord for your organization. You can’t imagine how important it has been to me to have in-home care. I am basically home-bound and am unable to get around very well, especially when I am in a crisis. I thank you so very much for this service. It has been a godsend! As far as Tara is concerned, she is really quite wonderful. I love how she listens to me and I can see the concentration and thoughtful way she thinks before she says anything. My impression is that she is very intelligent and intuitive. She has given me more help in these 4 visits than I could probably get in 6 months from someone else. - KL- Lakewood, CO
I just wanted to give a special "thank you" to Darlene and her visit with my son this past Friday. My son, has never enjoyed talk therapy and was very anxious before the appointment. Right away upon meeting Darlene, I knew it would be a good match for him. My son, felt so comfortable during the session and even laughed. She gave him "practical techniques " and real life advice that he can use and think about daily. One session with her has made more of a difference than 3 years of on and off therapy he did with others. I am so thankful and grateful for Darlene and looking forward to her therapy relationship with my son and all that she can offer him. Your at home services have been a game changer for my son and his mental healthy and future success. -LK - Castle Rock, CO
I am finding Darlene to be a wonderful fit for me. She is different than any therapist I’ve worked with and I appreciate her perspectives and straightforward style. I’m pleased to be connected to her and plan to continue with her as part of my treatment plan. She’s an excellent professional. Chan is also very helpful with navigating my insurance and billing. I highly recommend this group!! -R. Hare- Colorado
This is a review from Connie, (she asked us to post for her as she was unable to do it) After 57 years of shame, blame and guilt, I was desperate to break a lifelong destructive pattern with my adult son. After numerous police reports and referrals to protective services, I found Darlene Chavez at Freedom Choice. With her extensive background of experience, she helped us identify inherited behaviors and attitudes. Her strategies gave us the strength and courage to move forward in a way that we could begin relating to each other in a more loving, compassionate manner. She first met with us individually, then with joint zoom calls. After several months of weekly sessions, we were on a positive life-changing path, able to see each other in Divine light and love. With enough determination and skillful counseling, we all have the power to change and to live in harmony and joy. A huge thank-you to Darlene Chavez and Freedom Choice. -Connie- Colorado
