Rosie Mavis serves as the Administrator, overseeing claims, benefits, and financial operations for the company. A seasoned financial professional, she brings over 20 years of experience in the finance industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Much of her career has been spent in large corporate environments, which allows her to apply her knowledge and expertise to support the company’s growth and make a positive impact in the lives of others. Melissa serves as the Supervisor of our team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University and a Master's in Social Work with a specialization in forensic social work from Long Island University. Melissa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York and Colorado. Her diverse clinical background spans various settings and populations, including both children and adults. She brings particular expertise in working with court-involved individuals and those dealing with mood disorders, PTSD, depression, behavioral challenges, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and anxiety. Theda brings over 22 years of experience supporting individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges. Her clinical background spans a wide range of settings—including inpatient, outpatient, in-home care, and group homes—where she has worked with individuals, groups, and families. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education in Agency Counseling from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Theda specializes in trauma, grief and loss, and working with culturally diverse populations. She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and is committed to promoting these values in all aspects of her work.
Darlene is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 34 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loretto Heights College in Denver and a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. Throughout her career, she has provided individual, family, and group therapy across a variety of settings. Her clinical work includes in-home therapy focused on dementia, Alzheimer’s, trauma, and grief/loss, as well as extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and individuals affected by domestic violence. Darlene specializes in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Outside of her professional life, she enjoys gardening, fishing, hiking, painting, knitting, crocheting, writing, and spending quality time with her large family, including her seven beloved grandchildren.
Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Colorado State University. Lisa has worked across the lifespan, providing care to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She is dedicated to building collaborative, supportive relationships with her clients, approaching each individual with compassion, honesty, and without judgment. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods, she tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Lisa has extensive experience treating individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), substance abuse, and grief.
Kathie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) with over 37 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings, where she has both designed and implemented therapeutic programs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology in 1978, and her Master of Education in Counseling in 1982, from what was then Kearney State College, now the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Kathie is deeply passionate about helping individuals heal and grow into their best selves. She specializes in treating depression, trauma, addiction, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Dominique is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. She has provided care in a variety of settings, including inpatient facilities, outpatient programs, and support centers. Dominique has extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities and is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care. She also specializes in treating individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Dominique is guided by a client-centered approach, meeting each person where they are and collaboratively developing goals to support meaningful and lasting change.
Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who brings over 15 years of experience to the field of mental health. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she relocated to Colorado with her family over five years ago and is currently based in our Fort Collins office. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Arts in Community Counseling Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. Rachel is extensively trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Therapy, Family Systems, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Polyvol Theory, and Motivational Interviewing. Her areas of expertise include couples and relationship counseling, intimacy, family therapy, individual therapy, depression, anxiety, codependency, self-esteem issues, shame-based concerns, spectrum-related challenges, communication challenges, anger management, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, psychotic disorders, and general life adjustments. Throughout her career, Rachel has served in diverse roles such as Guidance Counselor for individuals on the autism spectrum, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Community Counselor, and Crisis Counselor. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, camping and hiking, crafting, and playing the guitar.
Patty is a Licensed Addiction Counselor in both Colorado and South Carolina, bringing over 15 years of experience in the fields of mental health, behavioral health, and addiction treatment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Argosy University. Her clinical background includes work in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based treatment settings, where she has provided individual, couples, and group therapy. Patty specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, mood and anxiety disorders, substance-related concerns, psychotic disorders, PTSD, personality disorders, and grief or loss. She has extensive experience working with marginalized populations, individuals involved in the criminal justice system, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. With a compassionate, client-centered, and nonjudgmental approach, Patty is dedicated to meeting people where they are and working collaboratively to help them reach their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.

Morgan has experience working with children, teens, and adults, specializing in support for anxiety, depression, OCD, and life transitions.
